What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel your appointment free of charge within the following timeframes:
- Piercing appointments: up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Never-Ending appointments: up to 48 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel within the required timeframe, your deposit will be refunded. Please note that no exceptions can be made to this policy.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled once free of charge under the following conditions:
- Piercing appointments: must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Never-Ending appointments: must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
If an appointment is rescheduled a second time, the deposit will be forfeited.
What happens if I cancel too late?
If you cancel outside the allowed cancellation timeframe, the cancellation will be considered late and your deposit will be forfeited.
What happens if I don’t show up to my appointment?
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, this will be considered a no-show. In this case, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
How can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment by following these steps:
- Open the confirmation email you received after booking your appointment.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email.
- Click on “Need to make a change? Reschedule or cancel.”
- From there, you can choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note: this option is only available within the allowed cancellation timeframe (24 hours for piercing appointments and 48 hours for NEC appointments).
