Returns

What is your return policy?

We, of course, hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please see the returns policy below:

For full price items: you have 30 days from the date you received
your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the
product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original
packaging.  

For items purchased with a promotion or on sale: you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging.  

For customised items: since these items are personalised just for you, it is not possible to return customised items, this includes our 'Custom Made' rings, 'Never-Ending Collection', 'Carrie Necklace', and any item that has been engraved.

How do I return an item?

Please complete the returns form, if needed you can download a new return form here.

Repack the goods together with the return form and the commercial invoice. Send the package to:

Returning goods from the United Kingdom?
Attach the separate label with our return address and the text ‘THIS PACKAGE IS A RETURN’ on the outside of your parcel -clearly visible for the courier company.


Please note: you will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly
recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility. 

Refunds can only be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after 14 days
of receipt. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at www.anna-nina.nl

What should I do if my item is damaged or fauly?

If the item you have purchased
is damaged/faulty with a manufacturing fault, please contact us directly at webshop@anna-nina.nl and send us a picture. We will make an already paid-for return label, returning the product to the address as mentioned above is not
necessary. 

Warranty

What is your warranty?

We advise our customers to check all items within fourteen days.
Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article. If there is
something not correct, please send an e-mail to webshop@anna-nina.nl explaining what the problem is. In case you need to return the product, we will provide you with a return label. Please note, the warranty is void if the product shows a defect that is caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended. After the fourteen-day period, we give a warranty of two months on the quality of our products and 12 months for 14K gold products. If
within this period, there is a problem with the product please send an e-mail to webshop@anna-nina.nl. We will provide you with a suitable solution.

 

1.   If it is possible to repair the product, we will repair it.

2.   If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item.

3.   If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund. If you live in Amsterdam, you can also within this two month period drop by our Atelier and get your item repaired. We can only assist you only if you bring your invoice.

 
If we repair or replace the item, this can take up to 14 working days unless communicated otherwise.
