Returns

If you have received an order from us, but are not completely satisfied, you have the option of returning the order within 60 days of receiving it. 

For all items purchased on sale or promotion, the return period is 14 days. Returns outside of this period will be credited via a gift card.

Please note: We do not cover the costs of returning your order, so we strongly recommend you send your parcel with tracking and keep proof of postage. If the product gets lost this is not our responsibility. 

How to return an item:
1.   Please complete the returns form that is enclosed within your order, if a new return form is needed, click here to download a new return form.

2.   Repack the goods together with the return form and the commercial invoice.

3.   Send the package to:

Returning goods from the United Kingdom?
Attach the separate label with our return address and the text ‘THIS PACKAGE IS A RETURN’ on the outside of your parcel - clearly visible for the courier company. Please note, you will need to pay for return postage yourself.
Please note: you will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility.

Refunds can only be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after 14 days of receipt. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.


Can I Exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at webshop@anna-nina.nl                                                                 

Damaged or Faulty item?
If the item you have purchased is damaged/faulty with a manufacturing fault, please contact us directly at webshop@anna-nina.nl and send us a picture. We will make an already paid-for return label, returning the product to the address as mentioned above is not necessary. 

Warranty

We advise our customers to check all items within fourteen days of receiving your order. Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article received. If there is something incorrect please send an e-mail to webshop@anna-nina.nl explaining what the issue is. In case you need to return the product, we will provide you with a return label. 

Please note that warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.

After the fourteen-day period, we give a warranty of two months on the quality of the product. If within this period there is a problem with the product please send an e-mail to webshop@anna-nina.nl. We will provide you with a suitable solution.   
1. If it is possible to repair the product we will repair it.

2. If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item.

3. If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund.

If you live in Amsterdam you can also (within this two month period) drop by our Atelier (address below) and get your item repaired. Please note, we can only assist you if you bring your invoice, so make sure to bring it with you.
