"Er stond dat je een mooie kadoverpakking kreeg, vervolgens was het niet duidelijk of ik dan wat extra’s moest aanvinken/ betalen dus dacht ik dat je bij een bon van 100 euro dat sowieso zou krijgen, maar dat was niet zo. Dan is dat toch net jammer."
