The Vintage Topaz Lucky Tear Ring is the 2nd of the 100 rings we specially handpicked for our 10-year anniversary. This is a beautiful piece with a 9K yellow gold band with cut-out detailing on the side. The ring is inlaid with a deep blue topaz gemstone surrounded by light blue topaz gemstones.
